All of our without charge and business-related web site templates or skins retain a copyright notice declaring that it is a Demon Templates creation. This is done so that we may prolong our low prices below that of our competition.

If you have obtained one of our designs but did not choose the "Remove Copyright" opportunity you may pay for this at a later date.

When you buy the template at the usual price you automatically get a one time usage license to use that web template, skin or any other purchased product sold through our web site in accordance with our Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by Demon Templates. Please be conscious that all non custom website templates and skins will retain our copyright notice at the bottom of every page and should remain clearly noticeable at all times. This can simply be removed by selecting our Copyright Removal option thought  please be aware this fee is in addition to the initial cost of the website template or skin.

If you have not paid for a valid 'copyright notice removal license' for our skins, then our copyright notice at the bottom of the web page must remain visible, intact and unedited. Should you attempt to revise, take away or conceal the copyright notice in any way, the skin may well become disabled. We will get in touch with the hosts of those users violating our terms, requesting your website be taken down immediately under the DCMA act. What's more, removing our copyright notice will forfeit your rights to any support or future upgrades.

This service is to take out our design concept copyrights, not the CubeCart copyright. To remove their notice "Powered by Devillion Ltd), you will need to purchase a license directly from Devillion!
