 I've downloaded the template file but cannot extract due to need for password. your knowledge base says the password is located on my invoice but i've not received one - only a receipt from paypal. I need to install this template immediately.
 pagecontainer error or page_container error?
 I purchased the Online Template and when trying to extract the file it is requesting a password to be able to open it, please provide me with one asap?
